Can I live together with my partner?
Oak Haven 55+ can accommodate single residents and couples. You can enjoy your Golden Years together!
Do you allow pets?
Oak Haven 55+ is a pet friendly neighborhood. Dogs and cats 30 lbs and under are allowed in the home. Some residents also opt to have a fence added around their patio which we install for you!
What facilities do your Cottages have?
Our Units Exemplify Luxury Building Standards! Every unit has granite, wood floors, stone, gas stove/oven, stainless steel appliances, and new washer and dryer.
Where Are You Located?
Oak Haven 55+ is conveniently located on Paisley Rd just south of SW 15th St on the west side of Morgan Rd. Neighboring the Morgan Creek Plaza.
Are These Homes for Lease or for Purchase?
In order to maintain an age restricted property, our homes are for lease only. We would encourage you take a look at the cost comparison form provided on our website.
What Utilities are Provided?
Oak Haven 55+ pays for all water, trash & sewer. A basic cable package is provided of approximately 80 channels, as well as, complimentary WiFi. At Oak Haven residents don’t have the maintenance expenses of a home, the property taxes or structural insurance either!
How Much Does It Cost?
Almost every home at Oak Haven 55+ varies in cost depending on size, location, car port or garage, amenities and view. With so much variety there is something for everyone!
